Q: How do I forward my phone lines?
A: A common problem occurs when you have incorrectly
forwarded your lines. If this has happened, you need
to first unforward your lines, then try to reforward them.
If you try to forward your lines when your lines are
forwarded to the wrong number, then nothing will happen.
Just make sure the lines are unforwarded before you begin
forwarding.
If you do not have to dial 9 to get an outside line:
**To Call Forward Lines**
1. Dial 72; wait for dial tone.
2. At dial tone, dial your forwarding number.
3. You should hear a couple of beeps.
4. Calls are forwarded.
**To Un-forward Lines**
1. Dial 73
2. You should hear two short beeps.
3. Calls are un-forwarded.
If you have to dial 9 to get an outside line:
1. Dial 106; it will beep. wait for dial tone.
2. At dial tone, dial 9, and wait for the tone.
3. At dial tone, enter your forwarding number.
4. You should hear a couple of beeps.
5. Calls are forwarded.
**To Un-forward Lines**
1. Dial 107
2. You should hear two short beeps.
3. Calls are un-forwarded.
Q: How do I check my voicemail?
A: This can be complex:
1. Dial 800-777-4966.
2. Enter mailbox number then asterisk ('*') key.
3. Enter password followed by asterisk ('*') key.
3. Choose 5 to listen.
4. Choose 3 to delete, then 6 for next message.
Pressing 5 after a message will allow you to save it.
Pressing 4 will take you to the previous message.
Pressing 1 will rewind 8 seconds; 2 will fast-forward 8 seconds.
Pressing 9 will exit you from the current function.
Q: How do I change my voicemail password?
A:
1. Enter your mailbox number and password as described above.
2. Press 6 to modify.
3. Press 7 to modify password.
4. Enter new password then asterisk ('*') key.
5. Enter new password again and then asterisk ('*') again.
Q: How do I change the on call person for the night/week/month?
A: Just give us a call. It is no problem at all. You can dail
